EKKO was built to solve a problem we saw again and again. Businesses either focus on winning customers, or keeping them rarely both, and almost never in a joined-up way.
Too many teams rely on disconnected tools, over complicated systems, or sales methods that prioritise short term wins over long term trust. We wanted to build something better.
EKKO brings together three essential parts of growth: human led sales, intelligent AI automation, and smart retention, working seamlessly in the background, without forcing businesses to change how they already operate.
Our Story
EKKO started with a simple conversation in our living room one evening, the kind that happens when the house is quiet, ideas are flowing, and ambition finally gets spoken out loud.
After years spent on different sides of business, we realised we were seeing the same problems from completely different angles. One of us had spent over 10 years in operations and admin, building systems, organising processes, and keeping businesses running smoothly behind the scenes. The other had over 20 years in direct sales, building and leading successful sales teams and driving growth through real, face to face conversations.
What we shared was the same ambition, to build something of our own, together, and to combine both skill sets instead of choosing one path over the other.
From the very start, the vision was clear. One of us would focus on high quality, people led sales that build trust and long term relationships. The other would focus on creating smart, AI powered automation and Loop systems that handle follow ups, retention, and customer communication long after the first sale is made.
As parents and business owners, we know how hard it is to grow while juggling everything else life throws at you. Time is limited. Follow ups get missed. And too often, great businesses lose customers not because they don’t care, but because there simply isn’t a system in place to support them.
That one conversation turned into an idea. The idea turned into action. And once we saw the impact it could have, we committed to bringing EKKO to life properly.
