Refund & Cancellation Policy

EKKO Loop and EKKO Sales are trading names of EKKO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out how refunds, cancellations, and termination are handled in relation to EKKO Ltd’s setup fees and subscription-based services.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Setup Fees

All new clients are charged a one-off setup fee.

Setup fees cover onboarding, system configuration, integrations, and initial setup work.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, setup fees are non-refundable.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Voluntary)

EKKO Ltd provides a voluntary fourteen (14) day cooling-off period commencing from the service start date.

During the cooling-off period, the Client may cancel the subscription by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs within the cooling-off period:

  • Setup fees remain non-refundable

  • Services already delivered may be charged on a reasonable or pro-rata basis

  • Access to EKKO Loop services will be withdrawn

If the Client does not cancel within the cooling-off period, the minimum subscription term applies in full.

3. Minimum Subscription Term

Following the expiry of the cooling-off period, the Client enters a minimum subscription term of three (3) months.

The subscription cannot be cancelled during the minimum term, except where required by law.

Subscription fees remain payable for the full minimum term regardless of usage.

4. Monthly Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance by direct debit in accordance with the selected service package.

Subscription pricing is agreed at the time of signup and remains payable throughout the minimum term and any notice period.

5. Cancellation After Minimum Term

After completion of the minimum subscription term, the Client may cancel the subscription by providing a minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the applicable notice period.
Subscription fees remain payable during the notice period.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including but not limited to:

  • Partially used billing periods

  • Unused time

  • Missed usage

  • Client error

  • Change of mind after billing

7. Suspension or Termination by EKKO Ltd

EKKO Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where:

  • Payment is overdue

  • The Client breaches contractual terms

  • Misuse, unlawful activity, or platform abuse is identified

  • Continued provision would expose EKKO Ltd to legal or regulatory risk

Suspension or termination does not remove the Client’s obligation to pay outstanding fees.

8. Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy may be granted only at the sole discretion of EKKO Ltd.

Any exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy or create an ongoing entitlement to refunds.

10. Policy Updates

EKKO Ltd reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any changes will apply to future purchases only and will be published on this page.
